Add new and realistic standart Winter Uniforms:
Americans: Had the Melton Coat, but could improve it with white sheets, which were used as selfmade camo, or add a thicker M1943 Jacket with gloves.
Germans: Neckermannjacke, or Charkow-Parka for higher levels.
Soviets: We have Vatniks, and Coats, which is realistic, but they also used a Ski Suit-like, all white suit with hoods.

The one you suggested for the Americans should replace the White M41
Yes! This uniform is not realistic, they used thicker M43 olive Jackets, Meltons or British uniforms. They also improvised with white sheets for white camo
This shall be reworked a while ago. That's a nice idea you have posted.
Let's face the truth: when it comes to customization, badges and clothing there is plenty of stuff to watch for, for both Axis and Allies. Every suggestion should be taken into consideration, provide it is historically acceptable, of course!
Reversible winter parka would be cool
