#XP/Playing has zero reward

I thought about this a while back and you actually almost get zero reward for doing anything, a couple numbers on screen. Rank up if your lucky. Yes it’s a team based game, minimalistic, relying on communication and spawn points but in turn doing so you get no reward.. Correct me if you disagree! Obviously I don’t want any flashy ‘TRIPLEEEE KILL’ or ‘YOU LEVELLED UP! To appear.

Now, I also don’t want the XP or level up grind to stop. As I find it’s great when you see level 350+ in a match, you know the work they have put in!

Although being able to gain or be rewarded with Ribbons, like a medal! Kind of like what we remember back in Battlefield 3/4 I think would be great. Possibly even encourage working more so as a team and trying new classes.

These ribbons would be displayed next to your T17 Name on thefriends list or viewed in the Barracks for your own bragging rights.

If possible you could have the top 3 that you’ve chosen displayed on your characters player model.

You would only be able get them ribbons for that class and for that Load out also. So Assault level 1 would earn the ribbon or ribbons but you’d have to earn them again for Level 2 say? This would ensure that most classes were played across the board.

Each Class or Load out could have specific Ribbons, but also some General service ribbons that all Classes/Load outs can achieve. Could even have each Faction having there own variation of the Ribbons/Medals.

Any agreements/disagreements go ahead? Discuss..

As long as there aren't K/D ratio based ribbons and they are more focused on encouraging teamwork-positive aspects of the game. I think the idea is generally neat otherwise

Also I'd like to point out that lvl 250 icon (eagle) looks great, but once you cross lvl 300 mark, you run with ugly star(s). Could've used a better icon for higher ranks TBH
