I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you as a dedicated and long-time player of 'Hell Let Loose'. My experience with the game has been generally positive, and I appreciate the tireless efforts of the team to bring us this immersive WWII game. However, I have a critical issue to bring to your attention, an issue that has affected my perception of the game and its community management.
Recently, I have been subjected to what I perceive as an abuse of power by Community Manager WombatMedic. I was muted on the 'Hell Let Loose' Discord server for expressing my opinions about the game. While I understand that it's necessary to moderate the discussion to maintain a positive environment, I believe that my comments were constructive and did not warrant such a reaction.
This situation has left me feeling unheard and unjustly treated. Such a decision by a community manager not only affects individual players like myself but can also create a stifling environment where players may feel uncomfortable sharing their opinions.
It is with regret that I find myself in a position where I am compelled to request a review of WombatMedic's actions, and if found inappropriate, consider the possibility of his removal from the position. Community managers play a pivotal role in shaping the community's perceptions of the game, and I believe that this role must be held to a high standard of conduct and fairness.
I appreciate your time and hope that you will look into this matter promptly. I believe in 'Hell Let Loose' and its community, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that it continues to be a welcoming and respectful environment for all players.
Best regards,
Dague
