I meant it more in the way of ´´decoration´´ around the maps. Like, at buildings and HQ Spawn Point.

'German Flags' AKA Swastikas in the game. I think the devs have made a pretty heavy emphasis on keep any kind of Nazi iconography out of the game, and if you started adding US Flags, British flags, etc, then the question would inevitably turn to "why are there no German flags" and the answer to that question should be pretty clear.
