Remove level X class cap so we can level our classes further even if that doesn't mean any more loadouts or cosmetics.
If nothing else then to see how much effort we've put into each of them instead of seeing the XP go down the drain after every match.
Maybe some special cosmetics like medals/crosses could be unlocked after reaching significant levels (wearable only by the class).

A medal would be cool if you lvl commander, sl, or tank commander but for most of the classes it doesn’t make sense for them to have a medal or reward. The best way they could do once you have a class maxed out you unlock the option to send the xp to another class. Now to make the game balanced and not have everybody all maxed out they should tax the xp you send to other classes.
