No offense but it's extremely unlikely anyone is going to play spotter just so you can snipe. You would have much more luck if you offered to trade off as spotter/sniper. Sniper is a fairly unimportant role. Its more likely you'll see a locked solo spotter than someone Willng to let you snipe. If your just looking to snipe I wouldn't recommend HLL.

You Can’t Play with Xbox on pc or Vice versa because its impossible to have crossplay with pc. Its even confirmed that its Not possible.

You can use youre Xbox Account on pc to have youre Level (I believe)but its or console or on PC
