Just learn to read the map, it's practically cheating between spawn radar and live updating team mate locations, use that identify where the enemy is coming from.

Everything revolves around building defending and destroying spawns, if you aren't doing those things you aren't really playing the game and you're likely indirectly causing your side to lose

And use the map and watch objective status, you cap at a constant rate no matter if you have 1 more guy or 50 more guys than the other team, so don't throw away perfectly defensible objectives by mindlessly attacking

Yeah i check the map 24/7 you can depict where the enemy is coming from by seeing where your Allie’s are located and which direction they’re facing

Also could tell by looking at Op spawns and garrisons, and sometimes the commander might use a recon plane which highlights enemies, and recon teams have flares which does more or so the same as a recon plane

Best piece of advice is to watch a quick video explaining the basics of HLL and jumping into the game. Also try to use your mic as much as you can because communication is key and that’s how you learn. 1. Crossfire is the deadliest. Get them in it, don't let them get you. Be where the rest of your team isn't.
2. If you're getting whacked, spawn elsewhere.
3. The enemy will come through the backdoor.
4. Good plays can end the game in your favour in 10 minutes or less. You're in no rush to die over and over.
5. Hunt and target enemy spawns. 9 times out of 10 that enemy you just saw was running directly from a nearby spawn.
6. If your squad moves elsewhere on the map, the enemy will move in. This has drastic effects if you were the frontline between the enemy and your point.
7. Tying down an enemy squad with yours is good enough. Tying down two is excellent.
8. Learn what all the weapons sound like, and you don't even need to see the enemy to know where they are.
9. Check your map at least once a minute.
10. Listen to the sky. Check every plane drop. Report enemy airheads.
11. Friendly tanks attract enemies to their rear. They will love you for looking at it. Germans in particular.

Last I read there was a separate contract which included a transitional period of 18 months between studios, with T17 taking full development rights. We're going to hit the 18 month marker in the next couple of months.

But that’s a separate transitional contract. Which means T17 also had those 18 months to get their affairs in order, have a team in place and make for a smooth lengthy handover not a snatch and grab when July comes.

So fingers crossed it doesn’t affect much from a development speed / BAU standpoint.

No the options you can set on servers are very limited and is restricted to things like how many vote kicks it takes to remove someone, no game play changes are possible.

Recon can be tough to get into because you can only have two 2-man squads per team, and they’re usually taken quickly with a friend duo. Usually it’s suggested new people take rifleman as there’s no limit per squad, so you’re not taking up a role somebody else might need

Looking at it closer, it seems that VAC bans are an admin tool that some server owners may choose to use, but it's not automatically applied to all community servers; from my understanding. But to be honest I'm not sure why most wouldn't have that tool active. As far as having it removed from your steam account - unfortunately I don't know of any way personally. It's permanent on the account it was issued. Your only recourse would be to create a new account.

How much quality is max for the nodes station provide ? I see alot of engineer just build those nodes station right next to the HQ line allowed and its give only 10/60s. Can we make it to 15/60s?

You should read the new players guide it's pinned in here, each node generates +10 resources a minute no matter where it is built, the only thing that increases resource generation (as of Update 10) is when the commander uses the Encouraged ability.

Depends on your dpi, but you want a low sensitivity. Lower = easier to aim

For me it's just when I'm moving on the battlefield and I hear all this firing and explosions going off I'm not seeing any enemies anywhere at all even when I hit shift and zoom in and so it just gets real frustrating because I don't understand how people are getting kills

Best thing is to work in a team if you have a mic it will help a lot. ( Basically a requirement to enjoy hll) going solo in the field 9 out of 10 the problem for people trying to get into hll. Find a good squad and a good squadleader who is talking they will likely help you out if you tell them like hey im new to the game can i get some advice 🙂 also Watch tutorials. Understanding the game that theres more than only shooting goes a long way.

If you need any more help try and join a community in the #pc-divisions-recruitment who are new player friendly and not toxic. Join one of there voice channels in discord and ask for help.

I've seen commanders hit more walls than I ever have in my entire HLL experience

though, people creating squads and leaving them or not placing OPs is kinda frustrating ngl

auto moderated servers are usually a massive red flag for me, was playing on a german server a few months ago.

My squad was the only squad making an offense towards the middle and we were about to capture it. But then suddenly, everyone dies in the middle of capturing the point because there was no squad leader. I started avoiding those servers ever since.

I think there needs to be a minimum level to play as SL, and have them play as a regular Rifleman or something else, until they rank up and can play the other roles, then rank up more and open up the opportunity for SL

@cedar spruce Rank unfortunately doesn't mean skill/knowledge. Saw level 50s doing well and level 150+ giving the squad either the silent treatment or doing nonsensical nonsense or ideally both. Generally, if people keep playing till 200 they tend to know their stuff. But that would be a quite high threshold. ^^ Maybe level 50 wouldn't hurt though.
