Just a thought here, not trying to sway you or anything but there are casual clans out there. A clan really is just a group the shoots the crap and plays games. Of course you have the clans that are all about competitive and can even find some that are both. I would say an upside to a clan is you find different ways of playing the game like a knives only or zombies type of style. Just something to think about.

No, someone else required complete Steam name change pretty much for something that could be done in game. Just found it to be quite ridiculous

Not sure if this is the correct chat, but basically im pretty new to the game and ive had 1 match where we had a great SL and Commander and it was really fun and encouraging. other than that i mostly had a bad experience without any lead, a lot of rng and casual dying.

what would i have to do to get a better experience?

if i play w/ you now, you may be overwhelmed by comms. just get bare basics down and see if you are okay with the different pace of game compared to cod, battlefield etc.

any by basics i mean just movement, shooting and capturing/defending

this game isn't the best without a good team so don't get too frustrated 🙂

Just depends on the server. The really popular serves can take awhile to get into
