The Zeltbahn and the Pathfinder both are great DLCs. They look realistic, offer you an item which was done irl by individual soldiers, they have a grounded and Basic Look to it just as HLL uniforms should be. Their quality is good.
Now take the pea dot. That thing shouldn’t be a DLC since it was standard on maps where the SS was present and should be in a subfaction, the quality is bad, the arm sticks half in your arm and is way too thick, the uniform has a cringe scarf which should be an item that is customisable (not everyone wore that), and it comes with a helmet cover that wasn’t even existing on paper irl.
There are many examples in the last two years where they released inaccurate, badly modelled DLC which contains issues that just shouldn’t be there

the lvl 1 bug is refering to the 'rareish' bug of having every thing reset usually occurs when the game crashes and then the crash reporter also crashes lol then when you try to get back in youre lvl 1 i think the fix is just to reset your game a few times from what ive been told

In my experience this issue is mostly on official servers when more than half populated. Half full skirmish and full community/private servers have hardly any issue so my conclusion is they downgraded serverspecs to save a few pennies.

It was a bug that gave you the default loadout, even when you picked the lvl9 or other higher loadouts, but its not that big of an issue anymore
