sounds like you have no cap and its just running as well as it can, some maps run really poorly so would present as low FPS

you can try adding "prefer maximum pefromance" to the games profile on nvidia settings, power use or similar setting

the game runs poorly considering how it looks generally, and then the new T17 made maps tend to be worse

so it sounds like you are just hitting the limit of how well your pc can run it

turning shadows down helps the most on the new maps, especially mortain

if you are already on all settings on low then you are out of luck

These big drops can be caused by multiple things, that can be inside (bad optimization) and outside the game (Windows shenanigans, hardware bottlenecks, other software sipping the CPU)

I have a 9070 non XT for power efficiency. and it's absolutely rocking, HLL runs at +200fps at 1440p max
