I mostly played on 82ADs servers back in the day, cause they had active admins, server(s) were filled and you'd come across people that talk.

What do you guys think will be role of recons in regard to the announced self propelled artillery? Will they just need to spot them like tanks, will it be possible to shoot out the crew, will recon get a satchel against them or whatever? While i do not want a new Meta where recon almost exclusively counters Arty i think some tool against them would probably necessary as i guess the arty will stay behind the lines and will be hard to reach for tanks, infantry etc. Or will it come down to counter battery fire?

So, you don’t make pressure in your team on sniper. It is style for Officer. As we know, snipers, other roles players should follow Officer orders with out anything wrong.
My play style is just always control your team mates, even if I’m medic. I always follow them, and ask about help. If I play Officer - I build garrisons, and follow the orders from the Commander.

I mean, if my services are needed, I will help the team. I usually carry the flare loadout, so if I see say AA Network is getting a really hard push south of point, I'll spawn, flare, do what I can to help defend.
