Hello! I am having the exact same issue, but another part I find confusing is that all the cosmetics are unlocked?? Even though I'm nowhere near the level to unlock all of them. But yeah I got the same issue with xp. tried everything. Running as administrator, uninstalling and reinstalling, even deleted all of my save data to kind of do a hard reset and it still had everything unlocked with no xp gain.

also, it is possible to buy a VIP on almost all of them

AT mines can be hidden under mud, debris etc, or just downhill a slope. Drivers cant see much below them, so when they crest a hill, they wont see the AT mine right in front of them.

There a numerous servers for new players to join:

Most new players are not used to talking in a war sim game

Most new players dont know the game enough to call out stuff

Most new players are still learning and will eventually start talking more often

im not 100% on engineer but from the gameplay so far you drop supplies after the 2nd set of grids on the map
