Commander needs nodes. Nodes are built by engineers. One node = 50 supplies. 50 supplies = 1 support role or 150 supplies = supply truck box or 100 supplies = supply drop

Use the filters to filter out servers with less than 50 people, then sort by ping. Don't pick a server which has a language in the title you don't speak, and it's easy to find servers

OP should be your normal spawn point. Garrisons are for when you don't have an OP or need to change where you are on the map entirely (so changing from attack to defence)

It's better to keep it safe, more than 50 meters away from the enemy. Build a garrison, move 100 meters and build an OP, move another 100m and build another garrison if you can. Repeat.

Flanks are terrible most of the time. Just run at their point in a straight line, you'll probably encounter no one (because they're all 'flanking') and capture their point easily

Pub games do not have flanks, because no one is forming any sort of frontline. Any pub strategy guy who claims to be a genius for saying the word flank over and over is probably getting 3 kills a game

Yes, everything set to LOW or even EPIC is detrimental. Usually setting overall to MEDIUM, then turn OFF SSAO, and Motion Blur and turn OFF V-sync, and setting shadow quality and the other graphics one to HIGH or EPIC.
