Seem to stutter everytime i use Arena Power, i have tried to change the abillities as well. Also tried to use the lowest settings in-game for graphic.

+1 to this, game is running fine 4k 144fps, but using the arena power straight tanks it, exactly like the above video. Reminds me of SoP soul bursts when the game first came out

I have the same freezing and stuttering as well.
with 9070xt
especially every time entering a cutscene or loading something, it freeze for like 4-10s, and the voice doesn't match the scene because the screen freeze .
have to disable ray tracing completely, to reduce it.
entering menu make the fps drop to 1.
using arena skill also drop fps.
the weird thing is after installing optiscaler, dlss 4 to fsr 4,
it game is smoother than ever before, I was like wtf.

Seems like i have fixed this as well now, but i did not activate optiscaler in the settings menu. I think the new shader cache fixed it after importing the optiscaler files, since i have not activated the upscaler.
