Paper is a higher-performance alternative to Spigot that is 100% compatible with the equivalent Spigot version. It's much easier to update than Spigot itself, and carries a lot of performance and quality-of-life benefits.

In your server files, there should be one called "Paper-1.21.11-35.jar"

On the Paper website, go to "build explorer", then "1.21", then "1.21.11"

Replace the file on your server with this one downloaded from the Paper site

It would be on the main file menu and not in a folder

If it's not there, you may have to contact your hosting company directly
