I provided the first image which is saying that it's unsupported and then I also provided the version I'm on. There is no other error messages so I'm not sure what this could be unless it's not supported yet, if it isn't what is the wait time on it to be updated?

A lot of plugins stop at 1.21.8 or there's massive issues like performance and bugs

but we recently stopped 1.21.8 support

you can find a link to the last build that'll work for it in #news, but since it's unsupported, there won't be any bug fixes or new features released for it
