TAB plugin has a below name scoreboard objective, that does make it apply to NPC's. I know there is not a direct work around. But is there a plugin, skript, or anything else that can make this not happen. Or something to create the same effect as the below name objective like a skript?

# edgy minnow I don't quite understand what you mean

Its not 0 health. Im using TAB to setup below name stats using another plugins placeholders formatted like this if you want to know. &c%auraskills_health_int% ❤ &8| &b%auraskills_mana_int% ✦ &8| %player_pvpstatus%.

Im doing this using TAB below-name objectives, here. It is also appearing above NPCs, in TABs documentations, it says that there is no direct work around, it will go over all player entitys heads, but for citizens specifically, is there a way to make them not have scoreboard objectives? Like a skript, plugin, or anything else?

  enabled: true
  value: "%auraskills_health_int%"
  title: "&c%auraskills_health_int% ❤ &8| &b%auraskills_mana_int% ✦ &8| %player_pvpstatus%"
  fancy-value: "&c%auraskills_health_int% ❤ &8| &b%auraskills_mana_int% ✦ &8| %player_pvpstatus%"
  fancy-value-default: ""
  disable-condition: '%world%=disabledworld'```

@full hinge hmm it's probably best if TAB implements this feature, I could but it makes more sense for TAB

That is true, but they stated they cannot do anything about it, because its a hard coded minecraft feature.

#

I'm just asking if there is any work around to make the citizens NPC's not have these scoreboard objectives

I guess TAB is using the global scoreboard?

#

I mean... I don't know much about objectives but can't TAB use the non-global scoreboard?

#

you are asking me to do some invasive stuff on the global scoreboard but TAB is the one creating the objectives and manipulating scoreboards so maybe I just need some more context from TAB about why it's impossible for them to do?

Well my guess is that they use the global scoreboard. They say here

There is currently only one way to make them not visible on NPCs. From Additional note 1 - Copying nametag visibility rule we know that belowname is not visible if player's nametag is invisible. NPC plugin can take advantage of this by using teams to hide the original name and display a hologram instead.

This is how you can achieve it using the following popular NPC plugins:

Citizens:
1 - Select the NPC (/npc select <ID> or /npc select to select the nearest NPC)
2 - Hide its original nametag (which also hides belowname) using /npc name
3 - Display your desired text using /npc hologram add <text> (more info)```

However trying this still makes the below-name show, even when name visibility is false.

I already actually do this for NPC's I hide the name and use a hologram, but it still shows.
