Good evening, I just experienced an error on my Minecraft crossplay server. It turns out that in Bedrock Edition, only Steve's skins are visible, but in Java Edition, his skins look fine. I wanted to ask for a solution because it looks very out of place.

I can only add to what I said about Citizens; I'm somewhat suspicious that someone else might get information about it?

if you're concerned about player's ips, there's an option to filter them out

or, you can restart the server and upload a fresh log after startup
