(0opsitsalex) Whats the best version for 1.18.2 using jav 17
Hi I'm AutoThreadBot! Don't mind me, I'll just be adding the helper team to this thread so they can see it. A human will get to you soon.
the minimum supported version is 1.19.4, is there a reason you can't update?
more just some issues with updating plugins and also paying a developer to recode a plugin for money as i quite tight atm
also my server crashes on 1.19.4 starts up loads all plugins and then disables them
the last version that supported 1.18.2 is from over a year ago, during which time we have fixed numerous bugs and glitches. not to mention that 1.18.2 is also that first version that implemented the log4j bug fix, and later versions have expanded on even more security fixes and protections
staying on outdated versions isn't a very smart practice, as eventually there will be reasons to update for both server and player security
your plugins may need an update then, as it's possible the plugin version you're running was created before 1.19.4 was created and compatibility was added in those plugins
could you just link me to the 1.18.2 verison please its fine for now
until i manage to update everything and get it working
you're free to look through #news for it, but keep in mind that since it's unsupported and over 500 builds from the latest, you won't receive any support here if you encounter any bugs until you update your server and the plugins to confirm it's still an issue
