i added 2 commands on one citizen

and i dont know how to remove it and add it on another citizen

Removing Commands
To remove a command, type /npc command to see the list of currently attached commands with ID numbers. You can click on the remove "-" to remove the command or manually type /npc command remove ID#.

but when i try on another one

essentials can do that, i'm not sure on the specifics though as i don't use it

but you can give a player a kit through a command the same way

solely through citizens no, you'd have to use something like Denizen or DeluxeMenus

Deluxe menus is compatible with this citizens or?

you would have to add it as a command to open for the player

not sure what it is specifically though
