citizens2 build version help

Hey there, i was running the free citizens2 plugin in my paper 1.21.1 server, but i am encountering a error and upon researching I got to know that Citizens build #3804 is not compatible with my version of server, which build version of citizens should I use for 1.21.1 Paper?

Well, doing it will cause the other plugins to stop working.

Only the citizens plugin isn't being compatible with the version

you're free to check in #news for builds that work in previous versions, just know any bugs you find are on you and we'll ask you to confirm on the latest build to make sure they haven't been patched at some point
