Hi I'm AutoThreadBot! Don't mind me, I'll just be adding the helper team to this thread so they can see it. A human will get to you soon.

Paper version 1.21-130-master@b1b5d4c (2024-08-10T10:02:42Z)
Citizens v2.0.31-SNAPSHOT (build 3087) -- (:warning:Outdated build, behind by 706)
@marble meteor
Offline (proxy status unknown).
WorldGuard v7.0.12+829a4a4
TAB v5.2.0 - This plugin adds Below_Name scoreboards to NPCs.
FastAsyncWorldEdit v2.13.1-SNAPSHOT-1104;c0d1ea6 - This plugin has been known to break the plugin load order on many servers, due to usage of the 'loadbefore' directive in its 'plugin.yml'.
Starting Minecraft server on 0.0.0.0:20064 - server is offline but has no address bind. This might mean you're using a system level firewall, but if not, it means your proxy is bypassable by hackers. Either enable a system level firewall, or bind your server to localhost in server.properties via server-ip=127.0.0.1.
[00:59:46] [Server thread/ERROR]: [Essentials] You are running an unsupported server version! :warning: Log contains error messages.
Two main issues:
- 1.21 is not supported, update to either 1.21.4 or 1.21.5
- You're running a very old build that we wouldn't be able to provide support for anyway
So version 1.21 is no longer supported?
We support only the latest patch-version of Minecraft for any recent main version (and Mojang, Spigot, Paper, etc. all generally also follow the same rule).
"Patch version" means the last number in a version label, for example in 1.20.6, the main version is 1.20, and the patch version is .6.
So if 1.20.6 is the latest patch version, then 1.20.3, and 1.20(.0) are all outdated patch versions, and therefore are unsupported.
Note that we do still support recent older main versions (such as 1.19 and 1.18) so long as you are on the latest patch-version of those main versions (like 1.19.4 and 1.18.2).
See also CitizensWiki/Supported_versions
You shouldn't be using 1.21.0 at all regardless since it contained a server crash exploit that was later patched
ok, then thank you for your help and information
No worries. If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know here. Otherwise,

Log file given looks like a snippet or not a valid log. Please post your full logs/latest.log, not just the snippet you think is relevant.
All information is needed - especially the full startup output, which contains server/plugin versions, and usually is where important error messages are found.
