Is there a way you know of to allow people to run the command (e.g. /npc shop show shopid)

idea is that i have the main shop set up in the lobby with a different npc shop that can only be opened via command. this shop would have the other shops listed within it meaning when you click on one of the things inside the shop it will redirect you to the previous shop (again showing all shops). Having this also happen cross server is ideal. Right now citizens is running on two backend servers which is the two servers i want the shops to connect to.

You would need a bungee cord plugin or something I guess
