What's the command to make a pufferfish npc blow up?

/npc pufferfish --state gives me no suggestions.

0 for not inflated at all, 1 fore somewhat inflated, 2 for fully inflated

Interestingly, it takes 3 as well and the shadow increases but I see no visual difference.

but that's the format for adjusting the pufferfish size
