(JustinS) NPC data/property storage
Hi I'm AutoThreadBot! Don't mind me, I'll just be adding the helper team to this thread so they can see it. A human will get to you soon.
I'm trying to save NPCs in an area with denizen, then after a while I can reload/regen the area to revert all changes made in the period. So basically all NPCs should also go back to their original state in which they were saved. This means health, their skin, location, state, etc. should all be saved. I'm wondering if I can do most of that with nbt for npcs.
Damn, turns out that settings such as lookclose to do not get changed by the nbt. Is there a way for me to save all those settings easily? I'd rather not go through like a 100 commands saving and changing all their settings 🥲
Might be a better question for #1026104994149171200 ?
Citizens does not use nbt to store data
