Hi I'm AutoThreadBot! Don't mind me, I'll just be adding the helper team to this thread so they can see it. A human will get to you soon.

Please post your full latest log file.
Background Info: One of the most helpful tools to identifying the source of a problem is your server logs file! Logs contain all sorts of important information like server and plugin versions, any error messages, and a lot more important information (More Info).
How To: Your log can be found in the logs folder within your server folder. The most recent log is a text file labeled latest.log. To get help using these logs, please open that file in a text editor and copy all of the text, then open https://paste.denizenscript.com/New/Log and paste the text into the box on the page. Then click "Submit" and copy the URL and paste that back into this channel.
Please do not upload the file to Discord or to other pastebin services, use the log pastebin linked above.

CraftBukkit version 3871-Spigot-d2eba2c-3f9263b (MC: 1.20.1)
Citizens v2.0.36-SNAPSHOT (build 3642) -- (Outdated build, behind by 4)
@open gorge
Offline, but proxied.
ViaVersion v5.2.0 - Mixed client vs server versions can sometimes cause packet-related issues.
Starting Minecraft server on *:25581 - server is offline but has no address bind. This might mean you're using a system level firewall, but if not, it means your proxy is bypassable by hackers. Either enable a system level firewall, or bind your server to localhost in server.properties via server-ip=127.0.0.1.
[18:40:32] [Server thread/ERROR]: [Citizens] v2.0.36-SNAPSHOT (build 3642) ist nicht kompatibel mit Minecraft vv1_20_R1. Deaktivere Citizens. :warning: Log contains error messages.
Please use our paste site in the future.
Latest citizens does not currently support 1.20.1.
oh
Supported versions are 1.19.4, 1.20.6, and 1.21.4.
(Although 1.21.4 isn't stable on paper I believe so I won't faultpeople for being on 1.20.3 )
Why are you still on 1.20.1?
Because 2 plugins work in 1.20.1 but not in 1.21.1.
What specific plugins?
DeluxeHub and
Holographic Displays
Holographic Displays can probably be done via citizens, tbh.
However.
DeluxeHub is stuck at 1.20.2 so I see your problem.
This plugin hasn't been updated for a year.
I'd recommend trying to find an alternative.
However.
mhh
Since you're stuck on a reliant plugin...
#news message This is the last built version for 1.20.1 for citizens, be aware that any bugs you come across are your own and have probably been fixed in modern versions.
Thus you may not get support if you get problems regarding the plugin.
Let us know if it at least works.
Otherwise...

@clear bay
looks like somebody made a fork of the deluxehub plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/deluxehubreloaded-3-professional-hub-management.118904/
Unfortunately, it doesn't support 1.21.3 currently.
they support up to 1.21.1 only yeah
Not even 1.20.6.
looks like they added support, then removed it for unknown reasons
That's weird.
tbf multiversion support is kind of tedious to set up
...only if you're using newer features, that is
Would upgrading to 1.21.1 work? Does Citizens support that version?
Not the latest, no.
but in any case, i recommend updating to 1.21.1 at the latest. citizens doesn't support it right now unfortunately, but as lg pointed out earlier, you can find old 1.21.1 builds in #news
this pretty much though ^
perhaps request a dev build from the author of the fork?
