Hi, what version of citizen works for 1.8.9? I appreciate support has been discontinued for 1.8.9, but I'd to use the latest build capable of running on 1.8.9.

I am using the latest version of Sentinel (which is listed as working with 1.8.9), which has citizens as a dependency

Minecraft 1.8 is an 10+ year old Minecraft version (released <t:1409643900:R>) that we cannot reliably support.

You can and should update your server. There are plugins for clientversion support and older-style PvP available.

I host a small server for events, and participants want to keep it at 1.8.9 due to the combat features

I appreciate later versions have a 'combat fix' but this is not equivalent

It will get rid of the no hit cooldown but that's abt it afaik

you're free to look through #news to see if you can find anything, but support isn't provided to servers running 1.8
