You really shouldn't download and run jars from random people on Discord - can try restarting your browser/computer/router if it's an issue with just Paper's website

Make sure to download the same version as the Spigot version you're using (unless you're already running latest/want to update along the way)

Denizen does not yet support 1.21. The Development version of Denizen does sort-of support 1.21, but it's not fully supported.

An important disclaimer here is that the Dev builds should not be used for live servers, as they are bleeding edge.
However unlikely, things can break due to unforeseen updates, or other unrelated internal workings.

As such, Dev builds should be used on test servers.
