Hi!
I am brand new to this, so apologize if it's a silly question, but I tried to look at the wiki for it too:
Where do I start in order to make Per-Player citizens? For example, I played on this one server called Wynncraft I believe, and the first mission was to follow some NPC's, and I noticed it was per-player based to immerse the story.
So me and my friend were both doing the same mission, but the same NPC's were at different locations on our screens, which means its per-player unless im mistaken
