Current citizens does not support 1.11 and has not for a long time.

Is there a specific reason why you're trying to run on such an old version?

Just personal preference. I don't mind it not being supported in the present, I was just hoping there was some sort of way to look up what version the plugin used back when it did support 1.11.2 so I could find it in the builds dashboard

I don't believe any of the citizens team is going to provide links to such an ancient version that is very much unsupported.

You really should update to a modern version of minecraft.
