Is there a way to have a npc run the first 2 commands in sequence but to have the second command run 2 commands at one or send a message with the command without player needed to tap Npc a 3rd time?

I have looked in the Wiki but all I could figure out was commands either in sequence or not. I know I could add a text to the npc but then it says it with both clicks I need it to deliver and command with a message at the same time the second time player clicks the npc.
