You don't even need to use execute

#

Why are you using it?

Instead of %player% you should use <p> as it is citizens provided

#

If you put neither -p nor -o it will execute from console so there will be no need for permission problems

ok so i got rid of 'execute run' and i changed from %player% to <p>.

However I'm still having issues

I had to change from op: false, to op: true
