(con_d_mojon) how to make an NPC say something

I am doing an NOC that send a message to the player
/Npc command add tell <p> TEXT

When I do this, the msg is done by the console, so chat shows:
Console->me: TEXT

How can I have it so instead of Console I have the Nov’s name. Let’s say it’s Farmer
