Hello, I downloaded the free version of the plugin to test it out but it doesn't load (Error below). Now I don't know wether or not it's fixed in the paid version and the free one just stopped getting updates or something.

Update Citizens

Latest Citizens dev builds are at https://ci.citizensnpcs.co/job/Citizens2/.
Spigot releases of Citizens are available at https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/citizens.13811/.

Update Paper

Paper is a higher-performance alternative to Spigot that is 100% compatible with the equivalent Spigot version. It's much easier to update than Spigot itself, and carries a lot of performance and quality-of-life benefits.

Latest Paper builds are at https://papermc.io/downloads/paper.

oh and the issue is that you didnt put Citizens on your server

you have added CitizensAPI which is not a plugin

O, I just grabbed CitizensAPI and Citizens2, because I didn't know whether or not I should use Citizens, Citizens2 or Citizens API.
