(kingsyras) Citizens Permission (Please help)

Whenever a new player goes to interact with a NPC they get a message saying that they do not have permission to see what the NPC is saying in chat. What permission do I give so players can see what NPC's are ( /say) saying?

No bro. Players can interact with them to do the commands but when the NPC sends a message in chat it says they need permission for that command (to see it) which is the speak command whenever the NPC speaks

No it didn't work. Would it be npc.text or npc.talk?

No those didn't work either for some odd reason

I figured it out. When using Speak command you have to use -o instead of -p
