Hi I'm AutoThreadBot! Don't mind me, I'll just be adding the helper team to this thread so they can see it. A human will get to you soon.

Info: logs

Please post your full latest log file.

Background Info: One of the most helpful tools to identifying the source of a problem is your server logs file! Logs contain all sorts of important information like server and plugin versions, any error messages, and a lot more important information (More Info).

How To: Your log can be found in the logs folder within your server folder. The most recent log is a text file labeled latest.log. To get help using these logs, please open that file in a text editor and copy all of the text, then open https://paste.denizenscript.com/New/Log and paste the text into the box on the page. Then click "Submit" and copy the URL and paste that back into this channel.

Please do not upload the file to Discord or to other pastebin services, use the log pastebin linked above.

Please upload a startup log, and not a snippet of the error.

#

There is more going on here than it's saying.

Server Version

Paper version git-Paper-196 (MC: 1.20.1)-- (:warning: Outdated build, behind by 188... Current build is 384)

Plugin Version(s)

Citizens v2.0.33-SNAPSHOT (build 3296) -- (Current build :white_check_mark:)

Checked For

@burnt narwhal

UUID Version

4 (:white_check_mark: Online)

Java Version

17 or newer (based on stack trace content) :white_check_mark:

Other Noteworthy Plugin(s)

WorldGuard v7.0.9-beta1+2249-223b80c, ProtocolLib v5.0.0

Possibly Relevant Plugin(s)

TAB v3.3.2 - This plugin adds Below_Name scoreboards to NPCs.
HeadDatabase v4.17.0 - HeadDatabase has been known to cause issues with skins.
Multiverse-Core v4.2.2-b812 - Multi-world configuration plugins may affect NPCs in unexpected ways.
LaggRemover v2.0.6 - 'Lag fix' plugins usually don't actually fix lag, they just delete spawned entities. If you have issues with entities disappearing, this plugin is likely the cause.
FastAsyncWorldEdit v2.8.5-SNAPSHOT-641;b3905c2 - This plugin has been known to break the plugin load order on many servers, due to usage of the 'loadbefore' directive in its 'plugin.yml'.
GSit v1.7.0 - 'Sit on other players' or 'sit on mobs' plugins sometimes allow players to sit on NPCs.

Potentially Bad Line(s)

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Translation already exists: luckperms.usage.editor.description for he_IL :warning: Log contains error messages.

Citizens supports latest patch version, is there a reason you're still on 1.20.1?

lapis iron
#

other server plugins we are running on the server, previously we have updated and it has destroyed a couple of things

#

unless you recommend doing it?

burnt narwhal
#

Most likely it's because you're out of date for what citizens is shooting for, check on a local server if updating fixes the issues.

#

Otherwise, we'll have to wait for Fullwall to swing by and state the issue, but I'm leaning on it being the latest citizens not supporting older patch versions.

okay updating to latest version now

#

okay so that has work however now a couple other plugins we use reg are broken however they are not your plugins so will have to look else where
