Info: logs

Please post your full latest log file.

Background Info: One of the most helpful tools to identifying the source of a problem is your server logs file! Logs contain all sorts of important information like server and plugin versions, any error messages, and a lot more important information (More Info).

How To: Your log can be found in the logs folder within your server folder. The most recent log is a text file labeled latest.log. To get help using these logs, please open that file in a text editor and copy all of the text, then open https://paste.denizenscript.com/New/Log and paste the text into the box on the page. Then click "Submit" and copy the URL and paste that back into this channel.

Please do not upload the file to Discord or to other pastebin services, use the log pastebin linked above.

Server Version

Paper version git-Paper-307 (MC: 1.19.2)-- (:warning: Outdated build, behind by 243... Current build is 550)

Plugin Version(s)

Citizens v2.0.33-SNAPSHOT (build 3277) -- (:warning:Outdated build, behind by 16)

Checked For

Online/Offline

Offline (proxy likely).

UUID Version

4 (:white_check_mark: Online)

Other Noteworthy Plugin(s)

ProtocolLib v5.2.0-SNAPSHOT-679

Possibly Relevant Plugin(s)

ViaVersion v4.9.2 - Mixed client vs server versions can sometimes cause packet-related issues.
FastAsyncWorldEdit v2.4.11-SNAPSHOT-320;41ea21f - This plugin has been known to break the plugin load order on many servers, due to usage of the 'loadbefore' directive in its 'plugin.yml'.
GSit v1.7.0 - 'Sit on other players' or 'sit on mobs' plugins sometimes allow players to sit on NPCs.

Potentially Bad Line(s)

Starting Minecraft server on *:25575 - server is offline but has no address bind. This might mean you're using a system level firewall, but if not, it means your proxy is bypassable by hackers. Either enable a system level firewall, or bind your server to localhost in server.properties via server-ip=127.0.0.1.

Citizens doesn't support 1.19.2.

#

You have to update to 1.19.4.

craggy monolith
#

oh, i was on 1.20.2 but it shows 1.19.2 hm thx

craggy monolith
dawn fox
#

it supports 1.20.4 and 1.19.4

#

For the time being, we can provide limited support for 1.20.2 only for users who have a valid reason not to update

craggy monolith
near umbra
#

Yep

craggy monolith
#

are yall working for 1.20.2 dont have to answer wondering

undone grove
#

It's still fine to use if you actually can't update for some reason, but generally should stay up to date

craggy monolith
#

can i use it?

undone grove
#

Is there any reason you can't update?

craggy monolith
#

and i put too much work T-T

undone grove
#

What will?

#

Minecraft worlds support being updated

dawn fox
#

minecraft (and most every game) are designed to update cleanly, it's not a problem. Besides, what difference does updating to .2 or .4 make in that regard?

#

You can always make a backup first if you're worried

craggy monolith
#

If i change the world server to Either 1.19.4 It'll crash the whole server, 1.20.4 will crash aswell but 1.20.1 will work T-T

dawn fox
#

if you're stuggling to get it working, we're happy to help

craggy monolith
#

PLEASE T-T i need atleast 1.19.4 T-T

dawn fox
#

Yep we want you to run at least 1.19.4, but ideally 1.20.4

craggy monolith
#

may i show you the crash?

dawn fox
#

Why don't you make a backup, and then update to 1.20.4

#

if it's not working for you, we'll help you resolve whatever issues you're expereiencing
