Hi I'm AutoThreadBot! Don't mind me, I'll just be adding the helper team to this thread so they can see it. A human will get to you soon.

Info: logs

Please post your full latest log file.

Background Info: One of the most helpful tools to identifying the source of a problem is your server logs file! Logs contain all sorts of important information like server and plugin versions, any error messages, and a lot more important information (More Info).

How To: Your log can be found in the logs folder within your server folder. The most recent log is a text file labeled latest.log. To get help using these logs, please open that file in a text editor and copy all of the text, then open https://paste.denizenscript.com/New/Log and paste the text into the box on the page. Then click "Submit" and copy the URL and paste that back into this channel.

Please do not upload the file to Discord or to other pastebin services, use the log pastebin linked above.

Rule 3

Don't ping for help. https://denizenscript.com/discord_rules#rule3
"Pinging" refers to using an @ to alert somebody to your post.
Generally only ping somebody if your message is very specifically directed at them (meaning, only that person has anything to do with the information in your message, and it would be confusing who it was for without the ping).

If you're asking a question, please just make a forum post and ask.
If you have a bug report or a feature request, please just make a forum post about it.

If this is pulled up for you by a helper, your ping was unneeded.
If you're arguing about it, you're wrong.

If you could follow the instructions and the first message from the bot, there's a file with your server logs that we would need to look further

#

Please take the time to read our messages, it didn't appear that you were doing that very well when you first showed up here

#

If you can't see the logs/latest.logs file for some reason, you may want to contact your Server host to determine any issue that you don't have the ability to see. Generally, we've never had the experience of some one not having remotely any access to their server logs. We're going to need that to continue

#

then I'm confident you have access to that. We've supported others with aternos as well.

#

Your sore port however will be limited as it's a free host, There's only so much that can actually be done with aternos

#

It may be helpful to take a look at this information we've put together regarding that topic:

You're looking at information in your console

#

Your console is not your server logs

#

We can't work with that alone, you need the full information for us to be able to determine what the actual problem is

#

If you need a better If you need a better explanation, it's like buying groceries, going back to the store afterwards without your groceries, and explaining that the food isn't working. There isn't enough context to understand what's actually going on, and more information is going to be needed

#

Again, contact your server host aternos, And explain that you need help receiving the server logs for further help here; We can only help you with the bare minimum basic instructions by explaining what i have so far

#

It's very unlikely that your logs only contain that one single line. are you sure youre looking at the latest.logs file? We need the entirety of that file.

#

Send all of it

#

That would be because the plugin does not support 1.12.2 - You should update to a modern version, like 1.19.4 or 1.20.3

#

That should resolve your issue and make the plug in work again

cosmic cloak
#

It does, we have other users actively using it, myself included

#

Let us know if you need more help with this, but we are going to need the server logs to move forward
