so, it's important to establish that initial boundary that it's not commissioning someone to do this either with or for you; but you need to provide a lot more context as to where you currently stand with your skills and abilities to contribute towards this project you're looking for help on, as well as indicating where you currently stand as far as what resources you have to provide, if any, and if you have anything in place currently

some questions you might consider providing are things like:

  • what do you know about operating or running a server now?
    • do you have a server already? if so, what does it look like?
  • what experience do you have with plugins, scripting languages like Denizen to create your own content, and configuring these for your server?
  • there's a large number of PVP servers; do you have any references of what you like and don't like, what goals you want for your server, and do how familiar are you with it currently?
  • are you looking for someone to do everything for you? or how will you contribute towards this otherwise?
