#(huntifi) Versions on 1.20.1 do not work (for me)

Good evening
It would seem that the citizens plugin does not work on my paper-spigot 1.20.1 server
Can I fix this somehow? Perhaps I downloaded the wrong jar.
(Although I should warn you I tried the entire download page to see if one would eventually work.)

Could anyone shed some light on this matter please?
