Hello I am trying to make a custom plugin using CitizensAPI (imported in pom.xml "Citizens-2.0.29-SNAPSHOT") but the question is, except my own custom plugin in plugins folder what else do I need to load? I tried to put Citizens-2.0.29-b2532 which should be the 2.0.29-SNAPSHOT but it says "Is it up to date?"
