(cyborg_6) NPC Command Non OP Players Don't Have Permissions

I have set the npc commands to give players diamond gear whoever clicks on them. However, this only works with OP Players and when Non OP Players click on it. It says "You don't have permission to do that"

Alright so I just needed to add the -p flag? Like /npc add command -p tp @p 0 0 0
