My server is on version 1.19.3 but the plugin isn't working. It claims that it's not on the right version (it says we're on 1.19.2 but we're on 1.19.3...)

_R2 doesn't mean .2, it's weird spigot versioning stuff

Generally you should be updating to 1.19.4

NP, I'm new so wasn't aware of the proper channels just trying to get the support I need ASAP

I'll update my servers and keep you posted to see if this issue is resolved

Plugin is working fine now after updating thank you
