i want players to be able to get hit more times in like 1second
right now when u get hit there is like half a second of a delay on when u can get hit again

<EntityTag.last_damage.max_duration> Returns the maximum duration of the last damage taken by the entity.

/suicide on my server makes the player take damage really fast until they die, like theyre being spam-attacked like in 1.8
