your question is vague in the sense that it's not clear what plugin you're trying to use with Sentinel, like crackshot.

QA has its own Sentinel integration, for the most part it should "just work" if you put it in the NPC's hand with /npc equip
if it's not working, it's a QA issue rather than a Sentinel one
