Ну я скачал плагин AdvancedTabOverlay, мне он написал, что Citizens использует ListenerOptions.ASYNC и что надо попросить их, чтобы они сделали безопасность в ListenerOptions.ASYNC и всё, и еще проблема именно с табом, если находтся в одном чанке с npc, то в табе он будет отображатся пустым, вот и вся проблема(ну и сообщение их в консоли бесит)
