the <url> for /npc skin --url <url> requires an image url, if you share it here we can help verify?

namemc has some of the best skins ive seen. but there is no method to link directly to their skins using --url
So, i download the skin from namemc, then upload it to mineskin.org
... after you "Generate Skin", a popup opens and you would use the "Direct Link" as the url, or better yet, the entire citizens command is shown at the bottom of that popup.
uploading any skin.png, from whatever souorce, to mineskin.org is the bestest way to do this IMO
