You can use --permission to require a permission

#

idk if that's stackable for 8 separate permissions at once though

This sounds like you're trying to hack permissions as data flags

consider using a scripting tool like Denizen if that's what you're going for

#

it'll be a lot easier than hacking permissions as data and clickcommands as steps
