Hey. I have a small problem with the transaction when purchased the Citizens plugin. I bought it yesterday, paypal popped up, so i used it there and paid for it, so it was supposed to take the money from my bank. Nothing happened after that, but I had the plugin available for download. Hours later, I received a notification from the bank about a planned direct debit, which was supposed to take the money the next day (that is, today). I thought that it would be done that way, so I didn't deal with it, and then now, when I got up, I looked at my phone, where there was a notification that said: "Direct debit for €10.22 from account x.... to account x... was not implemented. Reason: Consent does not exist/does not meet conditions." I will send you a confirmation from paypal and a link to my profile from SpigotMC to confirm that I bought the plugin. As for the transaction, let's find out where the error was. Now that I think about it, maybe it could have happened by my fault, according to the message I received, maybe I should have confirmed the direct debit, but I probably didn't expect it to be this way, because every time I bought something, either through PayPal or from bank account, so it directly withdrew money from me or put it in a reservation, but it didn't want any confirmation or anything like that, and especially not under the name direct debit. xD So can you please see how it is at your place and possibly figure out how to repeat the payment?
