#(Revolver) Is there a way to prevent something being equipped in your off-hand when holding a item

I pretty much want to have it where while the player has the equipped item, the player cannot have anything equipped in their off-hand. If they try to equip something in their off-hand first and then hold the specific item, then the off-hand item will be removed... any ideas?

I won't need help with the advanced matching aspect but it's just a matter of how would I approach this? Is there an event related to an off-hand item being equipped?
